Anyway, one of the biggest frustrations I hear about from folks who struggle with putting meals together is the planning portion. How does a person decide what to make for dinner every single night??
So I had a thought about an hour ago... Would it be helpful if I posted my own meal plan? Let's try it!
For this coming week, my DINNER plan is:
- Thursday: Chicken Azteca
- Friday: It's Movie Night at our house so Popcorn and Pizza (psst! You'll find this repeated pretty much every Friday. I've found that having one night designated to a specific fun meal makes my planning so much easier)
- Saturday: UPDATED NEW RECIPE! Grilled Hot Dogs on Pretzel Buns and french fries
- Sunday: Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, glazed carrots, and UPDATED NEW RECIPE! Ice Cream Cake for dessert. It is Easter after all... gotta make it special!
- Monday: UPDATED NEW RECIPE! Spaghetti with Roasted Tomato Sauce, tossed salad, and garlic bread
- Tuesday: Layered Enchilada Bake
- Wednesday: Leftovers
